Use this application form if - You hold an active ORA based Operational Authorisation (OA), and need to make a variation prior to the expiry date of your current authorisation. - You hold an active UK SORA Operational Authorisation (OA) and want to make an administrative modifications - Refer to CAP722L for further guidance. - You need to make an Alternative Means of Compliance (Alt-moc) application - Do not use this service unless agreed with the CAA.
