When your drone receives aircraft certification, the government will specify certain conditions under which the drone must be operated.

When granting aircraft certification (機体認証), the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism shall designate the conditions of use (使用の条件) for the certified unmanned aircraft.

国土交通大臣は、機体認証を行うときは、当該機体認証に係る無人航空機の使用の条件を、国土交通省令で定めるところにより指定する。
