Requirement as structured

The Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism may substitute the physical examination with a document review if the applicant submits the documents specified in Article 236-38, Paragraph 8, Item 1, confirming they meet the standards in Appended Table 6.

国土交通大臣は、身体検査を申請した者が、第二百三十六条の三十八第八項第一号に掲げる書類を提出した場合にあつては、当該書類の内容が別表第六に定める身体検査基準に該当することの書類の確認をもつて、その者に対する身体検査とすることができる。
