If you hold a drone pilot license with multiple categories or limitations and one of them is up for renewal, you can apply to renew all of them at the same time, even if the others are not yet in their renewal window.

Requirement as structured

A holder of a competency certificate with limitations for two or more categories who is applying to renew a category currently within its renewal period may simultaneously apply to renew their other categories prior to their respective renewal periods.

２　第二百三十六条の五十七第一項の規定にかかわらず、二以上の種類についての限定をされた技能証明を受けた者であつて、当該二以上の種類についての限定をされた技能証明のうち同項の規定により有効期間の更新を申請することができるもの（第五項において「更新期間内証明」という。）の有効期間の更新を申請するものは、他の技能証明についての更新期間前の更新の申請を同時にすることができる。
