法第百三十二条の五十一第三項の無人航空機更新講習（同項に規定する登録更新講習機関が行うものに限る。以下「無人航空機更新講習」という。）は、次条第一項又は第二百三十六条の五十九第一項若しくは第二項の規定により技能証明の有効期間の更新の申請をする日以前三月以内に修了したものでなければならない。
