Requirement as structured

The persons specified by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism under Article 132-92 of the Act (法第百三十二条の九十二) who are eligible for search and rescue exemptions shall be the national government, local governments, or persons conducting search or rescue operations at the request of these entities.

第二百三十六条の八十八　法第百三十二条の九十二の国土交通省令で定める者は、国若しくは地方公共団体又はこれらの者の依頼により捜索若しくは救助を行う者とする。
