災害その他緊急やむを得ない場合に限っては、小型無人機等の飛行を開始する直前までに、当該小型無人機等の飛行に係る対象施設周辺地域を管轄する警察署に口頭で通報することで足りることとしています。ただし、その場合であっても、対象施設の管理者等の同意を通報に先立って得る必要があることに注意してください。
