In areas that are not densely populated and do not have crowds, you must fly at least 150 meters (500 feet) above the ground or water, or 150 meters (500 feet) above the highest obstacle within a 150-meter radius of your aircraft, unless taking off, landing, or operating under aviation regulation OPS M1-15.
