Transponder Maintenance Priority

You must maintain your drone's transponder following the drone manufacturer's instructions first. If those don't exist, use the transponder manufacturer's recommendations, or otherwise follow this CCAA order.

Transponder maintenance must be performed according to the following priority order: first, the UAS manufacturer's technical documentation; second, the transponder manufacturer's recommendations; and third, the methods defined in this Air Safety Order.

Izvođenje postupaka održavanja transpondera mora se provesti sukladno jednoj od navedenih opcija i to sljedećim prioritetom: a) U skladu sa intervalima i uputama navedenim u tehničkoj dokumentaciji proizvođača bespilotnog zrakoplova, b) U skladu sa preporukom proizvođača komponente (transpondera), c) Na način definiran ovom Naredbom.
