Soweit dies zur ordnungsgemäßen Durchführung der Aufsicht erforderlich ist, haben die verantwortlichen Piloten, die Zivilluftfahrzeughalter, die Passagiere, die Zivilflugplatzhalter, die Flugsicherungsstellen, die Betreiber von selbständig im Fluge verwendbarem Luftfahrtgerät sowie die Halter von unbemannten Luftfahrzeugen jede im Interesse der Sicherheit der Luftfahrt erforderliche Auskunft zu erteilen und auf Verlangen Einsicht in die an Bord mitzuführenden Dokumente oder sonstige Dokumente zu gewähren.
