Die Zulässigkeit bzw. Genehmigung des Betriebes von unbemannten Luftfahrzeugen der Klasse 1 und 2 gemäß den §§ 24f bis 24k entbinden die Betreiber bzw. Piloten nicht von ihrer Verpflichtung zur Wahrung der Persönlichkeitsrechte Dritter, wie zB zum Schutz personenbezogener Daten nach den Art. 5 ff der Verordnung (EU) 2016/679 zum Schutz natürlicher Personen bei der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten, zum freien Datenverkehr und zur Aufhebung der Richtlinie 95/46/EG (Datenschutz-Grundverordnung), ABl.
