The Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism may revoke a pilot certificate or suspend its validity for a period of up to six months if it is discovered after issuance that the holder met the disqualifying criteria under Article 132-46, Paragraph 1, Item 4 or 5 of the Act prior to receiving the certificate.

国土交通大臣は、技能証明を与えた後において、当該技能証明を受けた者が当該技能証明を受ける前に法第百三十二条の四十六第一項第四号又は第五号に該当していたことが判明したときは、次に掲げる基準に従い、その者の技能証明を取り消し、又は六月以内において期間を定めて技能証明の効力を停止することができる。
