国土交通大臣は、機体認証を受けた無人航空機が安全基準に適合せず、又は第百三十二条の十三第十項の有効期間を経過する前に安全基準に適合しなくなるおそれがあると認めるとき、その他無人航空機の安全性が確保されないと認めるときは、当該無人航空機の機体認証の効力を停止し、その有効期間を短縮し、又は第百三十二条の十三第三項の規定により指定した使用の条件を変更することができる。
