The user of a registered unmanned aircraft must maintain and, if necessary, modify the aircraft to ensure it does not become ineligible for registration under Article 132-3 or fail to comply with the Remote ID measures required under Article 132-5, Paragraph 1.

登録無人航空機の使用者は、登録無人航空機の整備をし、及び必要に応じ改造をすることにより、当該登録無人航空機を第百三十二条の三の規定により登録を受けることができないもの又は第百三十二条の五第一項に規定する措置が講じられていないものとならないように維持しなければならない。
