LUC Requirements for Self-Authorizing Operations

If you want a LUC that allows you to self-authorize your own operations, you must have successfully received at least 5 operational authorizations from the Polish CAA in the last 12 months. At least 2 of these must remain valid for 3 months after you apply, and your risk assessments must have had no errors.
