If your drone is involved in an accident or serious incident, you must immediately report it to the GCAA by phone and email, and report accidents to the local police.

The operator must report any accident or serious incident to the GCAA via hotline (+971506414667) and email (aai@gcaa.gov.ae), and report accidents to the local Emirate Police.

(a) The operator shall report to the GCAA, any accident and serious incident, through the following hotline: +971506414667 and E-mail: aai@gcaa.gov.ae. Accidents shall be also reported to the local Emirate Police.
