151.201 Obligación de registro Todo propietario de un RPA, que desee operar de acuerdo con esta norma, deberá inscribirlo en la DGAC en el registro especial de RPA antes de iniciar las operaciones. Si un propietario de RPA, desee renunciar a la inscripción de su RPA, deberá solicitar por escrito a la DGAC (Subdepto. Aeronavegabilidad), la eliminación del registro, junto a la entrega de la correspondiente "Tarjeta de Registro" que le fue otorgada. En caso de que el propietario ceda el derecho de utilización a un tercero a través de un comodato o leasing, el tercero podrá registrar el RPA a su nombre siempre que entregue una copia del documento que respalda lo señalado.
