If the government suspects you no longer meet the medical or physical requirements to hold a drone pilot certificate, they can order you to take an extraordinary physical exam, and you must comply.

Requirement as structured

A person who has passed the pilot certificate examination or holds a pilot certificate must undergo an extraordinary physical examination (臨時身体検査) if notified by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism due to suspected physical or mental disqualifications.

国土交通大臣は、前条第一項の試験に合格した者が第百三十二条の四十六第一項第一号若しくは第二号のいずれかに該当する者であり、又は技能証明を受けた者が第百三十二条の五十三第一号から第三号までのいずれかに該当することとなつたと疑う理由があるときは、当該試験に合格した者又は技能証明を受けた者につき、臨時に身体検査を行うことができる。
