6.3 Vlasnik/operator sustava bespilotnog zrakoplova obavezan je prilikom podnošenja Zahtjeva za izdavanje ICAO Mode S koda zrakoplova HACZ-u, priložiti: a) Fotografije bespilotnog zrakoplova u cijelosti i detaljnu sliku ugrađenog transpondera na isti b) Dodatak Zahtjevu koji sadrži obrazloženje potrebe ugradnje i korištenja transpondera na necertificiranom bespilotnom zrakoplovu, kao što su: i. zašto se transponder koristi, i ii. gdje će se transponder koristiti odnosno da li će se koristiti u unaprijed definiranom i ograničenom prostorno-vremenskom razdoblju.
