L'attestation de suivi de formation est mise à sa disposition après réussite à l'évaluation mentionnée à l'article 4 via le portail électronique mentionné au premier alinéa du présent article. Elle prend la forme d'un extrait du registre des télépilotes et est émise sur le seul fondement des informations déclarées par le candidat.
