Par tālvadības pilota vai novērotāja pienākumu pildīšanu vai lidojuma uzraudzību, atrodoties alkohola ietekmē, ja tā koncentrācija asinīs pārsniedz 0,2 promiles, vai atrodoties narkotisko, psihotropo, toksisko vai citu apreibinošu vielu ietekmē, piemēro naudas sodu līdz simt četrdesmit naudas soda vienībām.
