Original regulatory text
An approval of an EVLOS operation conducted in controlled airspace applies only if the operation is conducted in accordance with: (a) the requirements of Part 101 of CASR and of this MOS; and (b) any other conditions in any approval from CASA, and any permission from the air traffic control service for the aerodrome, for operations in the relevant controlled airspace.
