第二百三十六条の七十二 法第百三十二条の八十五第一項第二号の国土交通省令で定める人又は家屋の密集している地域は、国土交通大臣が告示で定める年の国勢調査の結果による人口集中地区(地上及び水上の人及び物件の安全が損なわれるおそれがないものとして国土交通大臣が告示で定める区域を除く。)とする。
