Handover of Excluded Aerial Images and Statement

If the authorities decide certain aerial images must be restricted, you must hand over the original files to the State Geodetic Administration (DGU) and sign a statement confirming you have surrendered all of them before you can get approval for the remaining footage.

Requirement as structured

Before issuing the decision on use under Article 14(1), the State Geodetic Administration takes from the client the original aerial images designated for exclusion, together with the client's statement that all images designated for exclusion have been handed over.

Državna geodetska uprava će prije donošenja rješenja o uporabi iz stavka 1. ovoga članka od naručitelja snimanja izuzeti izvorne zračne snimke za koje se odredi izuzimanje zajedno s izjavom naručitelja snimanja da je sve snimke određene za izuzeće predao.
