If you fail to keep proper maintenance and inspection logs for your drone, or if you write false information in them, you can be fined up to 300,000 yen.

A person who fails to create, creates a false, or fails to preserve maintenance and inspection records for an unmanned aircraft in violation of Article 132-18, Paragraph 2 shall be punished by a fine of up to 300,000 yen.

第百五十七条の十　次の各号のいずれかに該当するときは、その違反行為をした者は、三十万円以下の罰金に処する。 二　第百三十二条の十八第二項の規定に違反して、記録を作成せず、若しくは虚偽の記録を作成し、又は記録を保存しなかつたとき。
