機体に取り付けられたカメラを活用して補助者を配置せずに目視外飛行を行う場合（技能証明を有する者が機体認証を受けた機体を飛行させる場合であって、国土交通大臣の承認を受けずに同等の飛行を行う場合を含む。）にあっては、機体に取り付けられたカメラにより進行方向の飛行経路の直下及びその周辺への第三者の立ち入りが無いことを確認することを以て、立入管理措置が行われているものとみなす。
