Le télépilote reconnu coupable d'une des infractions prévues à l'article L. 6232-12 du présent code ou de l'infraction prévue à l'article 223-1 du code pénal encourt également la peine complémentaire de confiscation de l'aéronef circulant sans équipage à bord qui a servi à commettre l'infraction.
