前項の規定は、土地所有者等のうち土地の所有者又は占有者の同意を得た者が行う法第十条第三項の規定による対象施設の管理者への通報について準用する。この場合において、前項中「通報は」とあるのは「通報は、土地の所有者又は占有者の同意を得た上で」と、「事項」とあるのは「事項並びに小型無人機等の飛行について同意をした当該土地の所有者又は占有者の氏名、住所及び電話番号」と、「通報書」とあるのは「通報書並びに小型無人機等の飛行について同意をした土地の所有者又は占有者の同意を証明する書面の写し」と読み替えるものとする。
