Exception: flight over public space in an agglomeration for the operator's professional activity

If the flight is part of your operator's professional activity, you may fly over public space in a built-up area. In a populated area you must also make the prior declaration to the prefect required by Article 6, 1°.

Requirement as structured

The prohibition on operating over public space in an agglomeration does not apply where the flight is carried out as part of the operator's professional activity. In a populated area (zone peuplée), such operations are additionally subject to the prior prefectoral declaration required by Article 6, 1° of the same arrêté.
