２　第二百三十六条の三第二項から第四項までの規定は、前項の登録の更新について準用する。この場合において、同条第三項中「法第百三十二条の四第一項の登録の申請」とあるのは、「法第百三十二条の六第一項の登録の更新の申請」と読み替えるものとする。
