1. 2 kap. 11 § ska tillämpas vid verksamhet och flygning med obemannade luftfartyg i den öppna, specifika och certifierade kategorin enligt artiklarna 4–6 i kommissionens genomförandeförordning (EU) 2019/947 av den 24 maj 2019 om regler och förfaranden för drift av obemannade luftfartyg.
