前項の規定により通知を受けた者は、通知された期日に通知された場所に出頭して身体検査を受けなければならない。ただし、当該通知を受けた者が、当該通知された期日までに国土交通省令で定める要件を満たす医師の診断書を提出した場合は、この限りでない。
