Reporting of aircraft accidents and serious incidents

If you learn of a drone or aircraft accident or serious incident, you must immediately report it to the police, air traffic control, emergency services (112), or the accident investigation agency.

Any physical person who becomes aware of an aircraft accident or serious incident must immediately report it to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the nearest air traffic control, the emergency services via 112, or the Investigation Agency.

ako sazna za nesreću zrakoplova ili ozbiljnu nezgodu zrakoplova, a o tome odmah ne izvijesti ministarstvo nadležno za unutarnje poslove ili nadležnu kontrolu zračnoga prometa na najbližemu aerodromu ili središnje tijelo državne uprave nadležno za zaštitu i spašavanje putem pozivnoga broja 112 za hitne službe ili Agenciju za istraživanje (članak 106. stavak 1.)
