For an RPA in an EVLOS operation class 2, the certified RPA operator’s documented practices and procedures must have procedures for the remote pilot to resolve: (a) any communication system failure relating to the observation of the RPA; or (b) any breakdown in communication procedures relating to the observation of the RPA; or (c) any loss of situational awareness by the relevant observer of the RPA for any reason.
