151.005 Requisitos técnicos del RPA (a) El peso máximo de despegue del RPA debe ser de hasta nueve (9) kilos incluyendo accesorios, pero sin considerar el peso del paracaídas de emergencia. (b) El RPA debe haber sido construido o armado desde un kit de fábrica y contar con instructivos técnicos de operación. (c) El RPA debe contar con el número de serie del fabricante o en caso de no contar con este número, el propietario deberá grabar en el RPA el número de registro otorgado por la DGAC. (d) El RPA debe contar con paracaídas de emergencia durante su operación. (e) El RPA debe tener la capacidad de ser controlado manualmente.
