(j) Se permiten las operaciones en áreas pobladas sin requerir autorización de la DGAC, las que se efectúen con RPA fabricadas con polietileno expandido o material equivalente, de hasta un peso máximo de 750 gramos, destinadas al uso privado o recreacional y siempre que no operen a más de 50 metros de altura sobre el obstáculo o edificación de mayor altura de la zona recorrida en lugares privados, debiendo la persona que la opere responder ante cualquier daño a tercero que cause durante la operación de esta aeronave pilotada a distancia.
