You cannot fly a drone within a 6 km radius of military airports (within the ATZ) from ground level up, unless specifically authorized.

6.11 Zone geografiche nelle vicinanze degli aeroporti militari Le zone geografiche nelle vicinanze degli aeroporti militari (inclusi quelli aperti al traffico civile), sono identificate e attive negli orari di apertura dell'aeroporto (rif. immagine in Allegato “A” paragrafo A.4): a) entro un raggio di 6 km dall’ARP o coordinate geografiche di riferimento, e comunque entro i limiti laterali dell’ATZ (AREA ROSSA).
