If you fail to comply with a police or coast guard officer's order to land or steer your drone away from a restricted facility, you can face up to one year in prison or a fine of up to 500,000 yen.

Requirement as structured

Any person who violates an order issued by police officers, coast guard officers, or other authorized officials under Article 11, Paragraph 1 (including mutatis mutandis applications under Paragraphs 3 and 5) to land, alter flight paths, or take other necessary measures shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than one year or a fine of not more than 500,000 yen.
