La inscripción digital en el Registro de operadores de UAS debe realizarse directamente por los operadores de UAS, ya sean personas físicas, residentes en España, o personas jurídicas que tengan su centro de actividad principal en España, y en los siguientes casos: a) Cuando estén obligaos a ello, de conformidad con el artículo 14, apartado 5, del Reglamento de Ejecución; y
