Requirement as structured

Any person holding an FAA-accepted declaration of compliance under subpart D of this part must, upon request, make available to the Administrator the declaration of compliance and any other required documents, records, or reports.

Any person holding an FAA-accepted declaration of compliance under subpart D of this part must, upon request, make available to the Administrator: (1) The declaration of compliance required under subpart D of this part; and (2) Any other document, record, or report required to be kept under the regulations of this chapter.
