Pravne i fizičke osobe koje snimaju iz zraka područje susjednih država u području razgraničenja s Republikom Hrvatskom za koje je neophodno korištenje zračnog prostora Republike Hrvatske, dužne su ishoditi diplomatsko odobrenje za prelet hrvatskog zračnog prostora od Ministarstva vanjskih i europskih poslova diplomatskim putem.
