All'interno delle aree sovrastanti il sedime aeroportuale le operazioni UAS, in categoria "specifica" o "certificata", possono essere condotte, previa autorizzazione operativa rilasciata dall'ENAC a norma dell'art. 12 del Reg. (UE) 2019/947, per specifiche esigenze connesse con la gestione delle attività aeroportuali sugli aeroporti civili e sugli aeroporti militari aperti al traffico civile
