前項の規定は、操縦者のうち施設管理者等以外の者が行う法第十条第三項の規定による管区海上保安本部長への通報について準用する。この場合において、前項中「は、当該小型無人機等」とあるのは「は、施設管理者等の同意を得た上で、当該小型無人機等」と、「事項」とあるのは「事項並びに小型無人機等の飛行について同意をした施設管理者等の氏名、住所及び電話番号」と、「通報書」とあるのは「通報書並びに小型無人機等の飛行について同意をした施設管理者等の同意を証明する書面の写し」と読み替えるものとする。
