公務操縦者が行う法第十条第三項の規定による対象空港管理者への通報は、小型無人機等の飛行を開始する時間の四十八時間前までに、次に掲げる書類を、当該小型無人機等の飛行に係る対象施設周辺地域の対象空港管理者に提出して行うものとする。
