Pravne i fizičke osobe koje snimaju iz zraka područje Republike Hrvatske u području razgraničenja sa susjednim državama i kojima je zbog snimanja neophodno korištenje zračnog prostora tih susjednih država, dužne su ishoditi diplomatsko odobrenje susjedne države čiji se zračni prostor koristi putem Ministarstva vanjskih i europskih poslova.
