技能証明申請者であつて、身体検査を受けようとするもの（第二百三十六条の四十七第二項又は第三項の規定により書類の確認を受けようとするものを含む。）は、確認番号を記載した身体検査申請書に、次の各号に掲げる書類を添付し、国土交通大臣に提出しなければならない。 一　第二百三十六条の四十七第二項の規定により身体検査の書類の確認を受けようとする者にあつては、医師により身体検査の申請前六月以内に受けた検査の結果を記載した第二十九号の十様式による無人航空機操縦者身体検査証明書
