Beim Betrieb unbemannter Luftfahrzeuge ist auf die weiteren Teilnehmer des Luftverkehrs zu achten. Unbemannte Luftfahrzeuge haben anderen Luftfahrzeugen stets auszuweichen, wobei unbemannte Luftfahrzeuge gegenüber allen anderen Luftfahrzeugen Nachrang haben.
