第二百三十六条の八十二 法第百三十二条の八十六第五項第一号の国土交通省令で定める方法は、次のいずれかに該当する方法とする。 一法第百三十二条の八十六第二項第四号及び第五号に掲げる方法であつて、第二百三十六条の七十六第二号から第四号までのいずれにも該当するものであること。
