Requirements for UAS operated in the ‘certified’ and ‘specific’ categories except when conducted under a declaration. UAS certified for reasons other than those specified in paragraph 1 shall comply with the applicable requirements laid down in Regulation (EU) No 748/2012 and in Regulation (EU) 2015/640.
