Requirement as structured

Any person who flies a small unmanned aircraft (小型無人機等) in the airspace over the surrounding area of a target facility (excluding the airspace over the target facility itself and its designated premises) in violation of Article 10, Paragraph 1 shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than six months or a fine of not more than 500,000 yen.

第十四条　第十条第一項の規定に違反して対象施設周辺地域の上空（対象施設及びその指定敷地等の上空を除く。）で小型無人機等の飛行を行った者は、六月以下の拘禁刑又は五十万円以下の罰金に処する。
